Saturday looks like a good day to start on the Z blocks. Come to the field starting at 10 and let's get this started.
We also have to modify the shack to be able to put the tractor in.

I should be there as long as I am not working. Those coming out bring shovels, rakes a couple 4 foot levels, wheel barrows, anything used to level and lay bricks

We only had 3 guys show up. We laid the bricks in the pit area on the grass
until we can get someone to put some gravel and sand in the hole.

Yes, We need gravel and sand. A packer, bobcat would be nice to get the sand and gravel in the trench. I talked to Travis and he said he could get the packer and I think a bobcat. No sense trying to lay bricks without the sand and gravel. Then we need more help if we are to complete this project. We also need to rent a saw to chop some of the bricks since there are not enough small pieces. Mark said that there is a plastic edging that you put beside the blocks on the edges. Do we need to get this as well ? We will need short 2 x 4 and hammer to tap the blocks tight. String line.  Thanks Ken

Is there a time line for trying to lay down bricks this year?

Travis will have a truck at noon Saturday to move the gravel and sand for the sidewalk. He needs some workers with shovels to load the truck.
Kevin will be putting in the Lino in the shack.

Please come out and help. Saturday 12 Noon.
