would ANYONE be upset if we moved the date from June 1-3 to June 8-10. I know that people have booked off that weekend. However, there's a problem. It seems there is a conference in Saskatoon that weekend and EVERY hotel is booked completely full. this is a major cluster-f***. There is at least 10 people I know of that can not come due to this problem with booking a room. This is short notice I know. I'm kinda screwed myself as I took the June 1 friday off and I will definitely not be able to take June 8th off. But I am inclined to move the date due to this problem.

Well at our exec meeting held tonite, it was decided to move SHAG ahead one week for the June 8th-10th weekend..
