Well it has been a busy weekend for Fun Flys!!  Glad to hear that a few of you guys made the trek to Elk Point, it is a great show! Glad you had fun!

Travis and I went out to Fort Sask for their Canada day FF on Friday and then out to Bawlf on Saturday.  With Travis “needing” (lol) to be out at the lake Saturday evening we didn’t think we could do Elk Point.  The Bawlf fun fly is also a good one, must have been 30 RVs in the camp ground and the weather was perfect.  Even got to see a small air show put on by a pair of full scale Harvards, they are more acrobatic than you might think.

All in all a great weekend, will have to go back to work to rest!

Man Elk Point makes Bawlf field look like a dump though. You guys who have not been to Elk really need to check it out, their field and hospitality is simply outstanding! Their next event in September is a must do!
