46  General Category / For Sale / SOLD !!! New Trex 250 DFC Plus w/ Case & Batteries on: December 30, 2014, 07:14:19 PM
Hi, I have a new Trex 250 DFC Plus Helicopter ($375.00) 4 - New Thunder Power LiPo 3S 850mAh 45C G8 Performance Pro Batteries ($32.99 each) and a Common Sense - Premium Aluminum Case for T-Rex 250 Helicopter ($40.00)

I have trimmed the canoopy a little at the bottom edged to make it fit properly and put shoe glue on the inside of the canopy grommets to make them stay properly in the canopy.

I have hovered this Helicopter at indoor flying to get it setup. It flies great. No issues. It is new. It has never been crashed or landed hard at all.

It would be $575.00 new with the case and batteries.

Sale price was $350.00 now $287.00

THANKS CHARLES

Introduction of the Trex 250 PRO DFC :
●The fully assembled helicopter can be flown immediately just by plugging in a charged battery, allowing the pilot to bypass assembly and adjustment process. T-REX 250 PLUS DFC complete package was assembled and tuned at the factory. Before you can fly, you need to simply bind the model with transmitter and either Futaba S-FHSS system / Spektrum DSM2/DSMX / JR DSM2 accordingly following the manual instruction.
●The helicopter utilizes DFC rotor head assembly, paired with 3GX MRS flybarless system optimized for T-REX 250 PLUS DFC flight characteristics. Without any adjustment or tuning, this combo will provide optimal stability suitable for pilots of all levels.
●For those enthusiasts who wish to fine tune 3GX MRS even further, it can be done through a few simple steps. ●With the addition of the brand new 3GX MRS, the T-REX 250 PLUS DFC pushes past the performance limitation of flybar helicopter, improving both stability and 3D performance, while maintaining a down to earth price level.

Features of the Trex 250 PRO DFC ::
1. T-REX 250 PLUS DFC BTF(Bind To Fly)complete package was assembled and tuned at the factory. Suitable for Futaba S-FHSS 2.4Ghz system/JR DSM2 and Spektrum DSM2/DSMX system transmitter to bind and fly.
2. New style linkage rod design, complete assembly increases linkage rod rigidity, allowing the pitch slider (follower) to be omitted, resulting in a head assembly that is much simplified and rigid.
3. Equipped with newly released 3GX MR flybarless system, with FHSS 2.4GHz buit in receive function, support Spektrum DSM2/DSMX or JR DSM2 satellite. For simpler and more direct setup, with setting optimized for T-Rex 250 Plus DFC, resulting in more stable and more preferable control feel than ever before.
4. Designed specifically for DFC rotorhead system, improving DFC connecting rod's strength and minimizing linkage detachment during extreme flight maneuvers.
5. Material integration technology used in frames, improving rigidity and simplifies maintenance.
6. New style quick removable gyroscope mounting platform integrated with rudder servo mount, effectively utilizes frame’s inner space for simplified maintenance.
7. New anti-rotation guide.
8. Strengthen landing skids enhanced its durability.
9. High efficiency shaft tail drive system, effectively increase rudder performance and decrease power loss.
10. Utilizes newly developed, highest spec and superior anti-wear material to increase the overall strength and durability for torque tube drive gear. Effectively minimize gear striping and crash damage.
11. Single unit tail belt unit with the new counter weighted tail blade grips make it easier assembly and improving rudder efficiency.
12. Utilizes dual point attachment design for zero play and higher precision control feel.
13. Newly styled aerodynamically canopy for the ultimate fit.

48  General Category / General Discussion / Re: LED Light ? on: November 16, 2014, 07:01:44 AM
I ordered some from this site.

http://www.3drcparts.com

Very bright they come with a mounting bracket and balance connector for your Lipo. You have to tell them if you are using a 3 s or 6 s battery when you order.

I am just trying to figure out where I am going to mount mine.

Revolectrix makes very high quality batteries shipped to you at a discounted rate. If you use the code SHAW14 at checkout you receive a 10 % discount. The diamond series are 60 c rated and are smaller than most batteries with the same capacity and rating.

59  General Category / For Sale / Re: Mini Protos Stretch 6S, Futaba 10CHG TX on: September 06, 2014, 03:33:50 PM
I could break it down like this if you like. If anyone is interested in the Helicopter only first. Then someone else the batteries, parts or canopies. These prices do not include shipping.

Helicopter $300.00
Batteries $50.00
Parts $200.00
60  General Category / For Sale / Re: Mini Protos Stretch 6S, Futaba 10CHG TX on: September 05, 2014, 01:55:06 AM
There are at least $595.00 or more in parts including the canopies. The Helicopter would be about $575.00. Receiver $70.00. The batteries would be around $150.00. Total cost approximately. $1390.00

The sale cost of $550.00 is less than half price for a great Helicopter. The Protos is a great quality Heli.
