Well, I was there at 7:35 Sunday evening, October 14. Nada!
A cancellation notice would have saved me a trip (grouchy smiley)

Actually it did happen and a few of us were there, but only breifly. It was shut down at 6:00 for lack of people.

Once snow is on ground to stay and can't get any flying in, I'll be there like a regular stump, just abit to early at moment for resorting to having to fly indoors. :)

There were only 3 people flying so we closed at 6pm.

KD will let me know if it goes next Sunday and I will post it.

I think that if the web site says, on Oct 14, that the evening will be an indoor flying night from 5-9, someone should be willing to be there until at least half way through the 4 hr booking. People don't necessarily want to fly for the whole 4 hrs and aren't always able to be there right at the start. I'm willing to contribute my time when i can. I do appreciate the efforts some of you make to help others enjoy this wonderful hobby.

When only 3 people show up we Cannot afford to stay and pay for 5 hours.
There were many said they were coming an the did not show up.
Kevin is trying to accomodate as many people as possible but you have to have the turn out to make it work.

Sorry Grey Cup Sunday !!! Nov. 25 Will not be there.  Myself I will start skiing soon and will not be able to make it as often. Maybe every second weekend would be better.

I missed last Sunday because my daughter in Calgary gave birth to a baby on the preceding Saturday morning; my wife and I went there and stayed a few days to help out. I didn't take my ERCHA login information with me so I couldn't respond to the question about who could go. 

Yeah I think the membership has to vote to see if this weak excuse is acceptable.  Personally I say we should tar and feather him.   :P

Was hoping to go yesterday day. I just signed up to the site. Back to Nexen long lake for 11 days then getting transferred to Edmonton office so I can enjoy a home life a bit more. Thanks for having me here and I hope to fly and learn with you all.

Glad to hear it went well, sorry I missed it had to do some emergency baby siting... ::)

Was all set to load up my vehicle for the trip to the hangar when I found that the battery was stone-cold dead. Put the trickle charger on it hoping that it hadn't been damaged by frost. This morning it seems okay. Anyway that's why I was a no-show. Glad the turnout seemed to be good.
